There are numerous jobs codes available for a department to select from when deciding on a position to recruit. If a department is unsure of which job code to use when determining their needs, the department should consult with their HR Partner for a recommendation. After consultation with their HR partner and no job code fits the department's needs, the department may be referred to the Compensation Consultant for further assistance in creating a new job code.
