TEACH ESL DURING THE SUMMER!
Open to students seeking MTESL or related degrees

While the MTESL Internship can be taken for credit during both summer sessions, it is common for students to volunteer without receiving credit over the summer. The setting is a bit more relaxed in the summer, and students who have a busy summer often volunteer for shorter periods of time. Contact Kristen Larue for further information on summer 2005.

BETANIA COMMUNITY CENTER VOLUNTEER POSITION:

-Do you enjoy being with young children?
-Do you enjoy meeting families from around the world?

We are always in need of volunteers to organize play-time for a small group of refugee children, while their parents participate in ESL classes. Classes typically run Mon/Wed from 9:00am - 11:30am. Volunteers are needed for summer, fall, and spring semesters. Carpools from ASU to Betania are available. Please contact Amanda Free if you are interested in participating.
