Program Eligibility

1. Hispanic Heritage( one parent fully Hispanic or each parent half Hispanic)
2. Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident( with permanent resident card)
3. Be a part-time or full-time college student
4. Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
5. Have plans to transfer and enroll FULL-TIME at a four-year accredited U.S. institution in the 2003-2004 academic year

Scholarship Information

1. $1,000-$2,500 Awards
2. Awards are distributed in fall 2003 or spring 2004
