Policy Paper Series



The HBLI Policy Paper Series is intended to engage the Latino academic and policy-making community in thoughtful dialogue on important issues facing Hispanic Education:

1. Here is a summary of each of the four presentations made at the HBLI Scholars' Colloquium on June 7 to 8, 2001, held in Tempe, Arizona:

2. The Executive Report of the HBLI Scholars' Forum, May 22 to 23, 2000, summarizes the presentations made at the first Scholars' Forum held at Arizona State Univeristy. It can be viewed as a .pdf file or an html file.
