Wellness:
Are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating the right foods?
Like an automobile, there is a lot of work and preparation that
go into making your body a smooth-running machine. Taking the
simile to the extreme, the different gears and mechanisms of an
automobile all work together to provide a safe and comfortable
journey (if you have the luxury of a nice car). Any mechanism
that breaks or is not properly tuned can impede or, even, halt
progress. With your college experience, it is no different. You

it does not solve the fact that your body needs rest and
nutrition to give you the maximum amount of energy and resources
to successfully navigate ASU. To kill the simile, bumpy parts of
the road can equate to stressful times in your academic career
(finals, midterms, etc). Are you prepared and do you know where
these points are so that you can prepare in advance. Are you
taking care of yourself, providing that 'scheduled
maintenance,' that will allow you to arrive at your
destination, while still taking time to enjoy the journey? Maybe
some of the following can help you answer or, at least, begin to
