IMPORTANT UPDATES

Reservations may only be made by campus departments for visitors with arrival times between 7am-2pm Monday thru Friday. Reservations are not for ASU Main students, staff or faculty members. Requests should be received by our office within 48 hours (2 Working days) of date of arrival. Requests for larger groups (more than 20 guests) need to be made at least two weeks prior to the reservation date and should be submitted online.
