Service & Safety

In addition to parking safety recommendations and a variety of improvement initiatives, one of the many services that ASU Parking and Transit offers to vehicles parked on the ASU Main Campus is motorist assistance. This free service includes vehicle battery jump starts and unlocking vehicles when the keys are locked inside.

Hours may vary during school breaks and holidays.

You may also contact ASU Parking Dispatch from:

When you call, you will be asked:

• The make, model, and color of your vehicle
• Which parking lot you are in
• Where you are parked in that lot
  
• If you have a photo I.D. and proof of ownership or authorization as a driver.
