If you have been admitted to ASU as a student and have access to a touchtone telephone, you can do the following:

1. Purchase an ASU Main Campus parking decal
2. Check parking lot availability.
3. Update vehicle license plate information.
4. Renew your ASU Main Campus Decal (in March only).

NOTE: Residence hall parking decals, disabled decals, or decals for vehicles registered outside of the U.S. are not available through the Touch-Tone system. They must be purchased by mail or in person at Decal Sales. Access to SunDial Parking services is not available to faculty, staff or vendors. All rates are subject to change.

SunDial is available at the following times:

7:00 am - 9:00 pm MST Monday-Friday

7:00 am - Noon MST Saturday

Noon - 6:00 pm MST Sunday

Times may vary on special sales dates.

1. Dial (480) 350-1500. From a campus phone dial 8-350-1500.
2. Enter your 9 digit ASU I.D. (usually your Social Security number). __ __ __ - __ __ - __ __ __ __

3. Enter your 4-digit ASU Personal Identification Number. __ __ __ __

   If you have selected an ASU PIN in a previous call to SunDial, continue to use that number. If this is your first call to the university touch-tone system, enter the month and day of your birth (e.g., June 2 = 0 6 0 2). You will then be prompted to select a new ASU PIN. That will become your permanent PIN. For assistance with your ASU PIN, call the Registrar's Office at (480) 965-3124.

4. Enter option 4 from the SunDial main menu. Please listen carefully.

5. Parking year (August 16 - August 15).

   1 = Current parking year August 16, 2001 through August 15, 2002.

   2 = Next parking year August 16, 2002 through August 15, 2003 (available only after May 1).

6. SunDial Parking service:

   1 = Purchase a decal (continue steps 5 through 10, & 17).

   2 = Renew current year decal (see steps 11 through 17)

   3 = Check parking lot availability (see step 18).

   4 = Update vehicle license plates (see step 19).

7. Emissions Affidavit:

   1 = Comply.

   2 = Non-comply (your call will be terminated).

8. Lot/Structure (from above table):

   Enter the code for the lot/structure in which you wish to park (e.g. Gammage lot is 0 3. Have several choices ready in case the first one is not available.

9. License plate:

   Press 1 to indicate you wish to enter a vehicle license plate number. Use the code chart found at the end of this form. Enter the license plate number and press # (the "pound" sign), then enter the state code. You may register up to three vehicles.

Example:Arizona license number ABC 999 would be
entered: *21*22*23999# followed by *21*02 (for Arizona).


Example:California license number LF1OCC1 would be
entered: *53*331*63*23*231# followed by *23*21 (for California).
