Decals are valid from Aug. 1 to Aug. 15 of the following year. Any ASU decal holder who wishes to park in the same location for the following decal year must renew their decal using the Online Parking Services or in person at the Tempe campus Decal Sales office at 525 S. Forest Ave. (in the University Towers building on Fifth Street between Forest and College Avenue).
Residence Hall decals are not available for renewal.
Renewal of parking decals for those with professor emeritus status will be coordinated by the Provost's Office.
Decal renewals for the 2007-08 year will take place March 12 through April 6, 2007. The Decal Sales office is open 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; the office will have extended hours and stay open until 6 p.m. April 3-5, 2007.
Valid forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, cash or check (or payroll deduction for eligible ASU employees). Cash and check are valid for in-person transactions only.
All ASU students, faculty and staff renewing decals are urged to use Online Parking Services to save time.
All other affiliates will need to complete a Parking Permit Application, available at the Decal Sales office, and submit it along with payment in person or by proxy (authorizing someone else to transact university business on your behalf).
Once a decal is renewed, ASU community members may receive their decal in one of the following ways:
• Decals ordered online may be picked up three business days after the order is placed (i.e. if a decal is ordered on Friday, it will be ready for pickup on the following Wednesday).
• Upon request, prepaid decals will be mailed via U.S. Postal Service for a $5 mailing fee.
• Decals renewed in person will be issued at the time of the transaction.
• Decals for faculty and staff will be sent via campus mail to their campus mail code before graduation in May, unless other option is selected.
Failure to renew your decal will result in the loss of parking in your preferred lot or structure for the following decal year. New sales for the following year begin June 1. For other announcements, please check the PTS Web page.
