FACULTY/STAFF DECALS

Out of State License Plates. In accordance with ARS 28-102, a faculty or staff member with non-Arizona license plates will NOT be issued a regular decal, unless he/she is a member of the active military service assigned to the Department of Military Science or the Department of Aerospace Studies. Visiting faculty members NOT paid by ASU, with non-Arizona plates, may purchase regular decals after proof of compliance with Arizona emission standards. Temporary parking decals are available at a cost of $10 per week to faculty or staff members until Arizona plates are obtained.

Updating Vehicle Information. It is the responsibility of the individual who changes vehicles and/or license plates after initial registration to promptly submit the change of vehicle license number to Parking and Transit Services. All vehicle/license numbers must be registered to this decal at Parking and Transit Services prior to the decal being displayed on the vehicle. These changes may be made by fax (602) 965-0712, on-line services, U.S. mail, or in person at the Sales Office (The Towers, 525 S. Forest Ave.) accompanied by a photo I.D.

Benefits Eligible Faculty and Staff members may select Payroll Deduction to pay for their parking decal. You are responsible for any and all payroll deductions from date of purchase up to, and including, the date Sales receives your decal and your access card (if applicable). If you have selected payroll deduction, please review the following:

• If you take a Leave of Absence or payroll is suspended or stopped, you will be notified with your options to pay any missed deductions or pay off the remaining balance of the decal.
• Faculty members leaving on Sabbatical must contact the Sales office PRIOR to this leave to make arrangements for returning the decal.
