HOW TO PURCHASE A DECAL

Decals may be purchased at Parking and Transit Services, Decal Sales (Room 105, The Towers, 525 S. Forest Ave.), between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM (MST) weekdays. Please have all of the following with you at time of purchase:

• Correct License Plate Information (If temporary plate for new vehicle, please have VIN #)
• Completed Parking Permit Application
• Photo Identification
• Acceptable Form of Payment (Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, or if faculty/staff, may pay by payroll deduction)
• Proxy along with a photo ID for both parties - if making a transaction for someone else.

ASU PARKING RATES

All parking decals are valid from August 16, or the date of purchase, whichever is later,
to August 15 of the following year. All rates are subject to change.

Fees for decals purchased after September 7 will be prorated.
Decals may be returned for a prorated refund up to the last business day in April
(Photo ID required).

Signing a parking permit application form and/or obtaining a decal certifies that the individual agrees to obtain, read, and comply with Arizona Vehicle Emission Laws as well as the current parking and vehicle control regulations.

Decals and Gate Access Cards remain the property of ASU Parking and Transit Services and may not be reassigned or sold for any reason by an individual.

It is the responsibility of the individual who changes vehicles and/or license plates after initial registration to promptly submit the change of vehicle license number to Parking and Transit Services. All vehicle/license numbers must be registered to this decal at Parking and Transit Services prior to the decal being displayed on the vehicle. These changes may be made by fax (480) 965-0712, e-mail (PARKSVCS@ASU.EDU), U.S. mail, or in person at the Decal Sales Office (The Towers, 525 S. Forest Ave.) accompanied by a photo I.D.
