What
is the Class Footnote table?
This table contains current
information on the footnotes
that appear in the ASU Schedule
of Classes. These footnotes
give information about special
requirements for the class,
if the class is an honors
class, if it is an Instructional
Television fixed service
course, if special fees
are required, if course
requirements edits will
prevent registration in
it and more. It is frozen
at the end of the semester.
This table has multiple
records if a class has more
than one footnote associated
with it.
What
is the key (unique identifier
for a row) for Registered
Student?
Semester, SLN, and Footnote
Code.
What
is the timing of the table?
This table is updated weekly
until the last day of classes
when it is frozen.
Why
would you use it?
To select courses that have
certain footnotes.
Why
would you NOT want to use
it?
What
should you watch out for?
If a class has more than
one footnote, there will
be a separate record for
each.
