Lenses, Mirrors & Prisms: Image

It can't be formed on a piece of paper, but when we look through a concave lens, we see an image. This is because the convex lenses in our eyes reconverge the light so an image is formed on the back of our retina. Where do some of us encounter concave and convex lenses everyday?
