Mixed Nasal Vowels

In the following list of words, there are more than one nasal vowel, or more than one oral vowel + nasal consonant combination, or some of both.  Listen carefully and look for the spelling clues.  Remember: if you pronounce a nasal vowel, you do not pronounce a nasal consonant after it; if you pronounce a nasal consonant, the preceding vowel is not nasalized. To check for nasalization, put your finger lightly next to your nose--if you feel vibrations, you're nasalizing.
