It's gonna be hard, but you can do it.
It's gonna take some discipline, but you've got a lot of it.

Studies have concluded that kids are spending too much time in front of television and computer screens while eating food that's not really healthy. Eating too much without physical activity are the main components of childhood obesity. With that in mind, it means you're going to have to stop eating junk food, get off the video games, and run around outside.

Talk to your mom or dad about eating as a family if you don't think you do it enough. Eating at the table is better than doing it in front of the TV. Indulge your taste buds in fruits and vegetables instead of sweet and salty things. Have a healthy snack like an apple and water instead of cookies and soda.

When it comes to getting out, focus on the fun of playing outside and exploring.

Eat when you're hungry, not when you're bored.
