Daniel H. Bergin is an Associate General Counsel at ASU. His primary areas of practice include public purchasing (procurement), risk management/insurance/liability matters, intergovernmental agreements, and public affairs contracts. Dan is the OGC liason to the ASU Polytechnic campus. Prior to joining ASU, Dan was an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Arizona Attorney General. Dan also has experience as an in-house corporate attorney and in private practice. He has been admitted to practice law in Arizona since 1988.
