Kay Ahlberg joined the Office of General Counsel in May 2006. Kay is Legal Assistant to Deputy General Counsel, Lisa Loo. Her duties include legal assistance in commercial transactions, procurement, real estate and immigration. Kay’s background includes extensive experience as legal assistant and executive secretary at AT&T, Magma Copper, and law firms in California and Arizona.
