Forms are available in Word (will work with Word 97 or higher), PDF (Portable Document Format), or Rich Text Format.
Word and Rich Text Format versions can be saved to your computer and edited pursuant to the restrictions outlined in the respective area of the OGC Web site.
Documents in PDF can be viewed and printed from any computer, however, you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and interact with the PDF versions. *Note: To access those PDF forms with fields that can be filled in, ensure that you have the latest version of your respective Web browser and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Then download and save the form to a location of your choosing. From that location, open the form, fill in the fields, and resave the form. If you enter data into the fields before saving the form for the first time, some Web browsers may not save the data within the form. You may also print the fillable form(s) with no data in the fields, and fill out by hand.

Contracts for the purchase of goods and services where the price exceeds the delegated signature authority must be referred to Purchasing and Business Services. Contracts related to a grant or sponsored project must be administrated through the Office of Research and Sponsored Projects Administration.
