2004 REPORT DETAILS & SAMPLES

The 2004 Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report is the second publication in the nonprofit compensation research series conducted by the ASU Lodestar Center. The purpose is to help nonprofit organizations make informed decisions regarding hiring, salaries and benefits by providing accurate and regionally-specific information.

The report contains the following sections. Click the section title to view a sample page(s) from the report.

Job Compensation Data - Compensation data on 59 nonprofit job positions, analyzed across organization budget and type. For each position, average salaries, salary ranges, and education and experience required are included.

Executive Directors - Includes compensation data for executive directors and additional findings including gender representation, male-female salary comparisons, and executive director education levels and years of nonprofit experience.

Development Directors - Includes compensation and demographic data for development directors.

Employee Benefits - Benefits offered by the organizations, including paid time off, retirement, and insurance coverage.
