Central Ave, Suite 500, Phoenix, AZ 85004-0691. A $25 processing fee will be charged against all refunds. Refunds will be made in the same payment form as original submission. There will be no refunds issued after the course or workshop has commenced. Students with extenuating circumstances should contact NMI staff for resolution of their situation.
