Cancellation and Refund Policy: All cancellation requests must be received in writing, by email: kc@asu.edu , by fax: (602) 496-0952, or by mail: ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Innovation, 411 N. Central Ave, Suite 500, Phoenix, AZ 85004-0691. A $25 processing fee will be charged against all refunds. Refunds will be made in the same payment form as original submission. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR ANY CANCELLATION RECEIVED AFTER 5 P.M. MARCH 15, 2008.
