The "Excellence in Nonprofit Leadership and Management Enrichment Series" is a monthly series of facilitated video lecture and group discussion sessions that runs each year from September through May. Designed to address the core competencies necessary to successfully lead a nonprofit organization, the program covers a variety of topics, from strategic planning and marketing to board governance and resource development. Each three-hour seminar contains a video presentation on the topic from a leading national expert and includes facilitated group discussion and exercises. The video series is produced by The Learning Institute, a program of the Society for Nonprofit Organizations, and is co-sponsored by the United Way of America.
