Refund Policy: Participants who submit a cancellation request in writing on or before February 13, 2006, will receive a registration fee refund minus a $50 administrative fee. From February 14 - March 15, 2006, no refunds will be given, but substitutions will be allowed, if the name of the substitute participant is submitted in writing. Substitute participants are not guaranteed to be included in printed conference materials, such as the participant list. After the conference begins on March 16, 2006 no substitutions will be allowed and no refunds will be given.
