Session #2 – Organizational Assessment
Review various assessments designed to evaluate your organization’s effectiveness with cultural relevancy. Identify an assessment tool’s benefits and limitations. Determine how your organization might use or adapt the tool for your particular work environment.

Brainstorm with peers to identify solutions toward your organization’s effectiveness in this area. (Prior to the Forum, attendees will be asked to read one of four articles posted on the website).
