The Collaboration Challenge: How Nonprofits and Businesses
Succeed Through Strategic Alliances, by James Austin of
the Harvard Business School.
This program helped participants to:
- Become more familiar with the evolving relationships between
nonprofit organizations and businesses.
- Appreciate the assets that nonprofits bring to strategic
alliances with businesses.
- Assess strategic fit and opportunities for mutual benefit
in relationships with businesses.
- Clarify key elements for successful management of strategic
alliances with businesses.
