When an organization registers for the Principles of Effectiveness Program, and pays its $50.00 registration fee, it will receive the following:
• The initial Principles of Effectiveness Self-Assessment Tool
• A list of local and national resources that provide training and technical assistance offerings
• A monograph written by nationally-renowned author Jim Collins entitled: “Good To Great for the Social Sector”

To complete the program, participating organizations must enter a peer review process and, if passed, receive the Principles of Effectiveness Achievement Certificate in recognition of that accomplishment. A $250 payment will be required before organizations begin the peer review process.

Fees: Initial Payment is due at the time of registration. Supplemental payment of $250 will be required before the peer review process. A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of payment. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call (602) 496-0500.

Refund Policy: If you cancel at least five working days in advance, a full refund will be made. Cancellations received less than five working days in advance will receive a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR ANY CANCELLATION RECEIVED ONCE THE CONFERENCE HAS BEGUN. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR NO-SHOWS. In case of cancellation because of insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
