The ENSTEP program provides a unique opportunity for board, staff, and stakeholders to engage in a challenging and collaborative process that aims to convert knowledge into effective action. Through their participation in the program, ENSTEP agencies learn to recognize the opportunities that are appropriate to their individual resources, strengths and competencies in order to better serve the community.
