Likewise, the ADHC helps the Director and rest of the Executive Board plan an amazing training for the presidents and programmers. They also put on the Fall Leadership Camp, a fun weekend camping trip. It is open to every resident on campus and it is a great way to meet new people, get acquainted with RHA and each of the hall councils, and improve your leadership skills. The ADHC is also responsible for the Hall Cup, a year-long competition between the residence halls.

In addition, the AD of CE can seek out representatives to speak at your meetings about different events in the community that most people may not be aware of. Finally, one additional thing that the AD of CE does is assist the Athletic Coordinators in each hall to get people involved in intramurals with the SRC!
