Stephen currently serves as the Club's President and oversees the organization and its initiatives. Over the past two years, Stephen has worked for RED Development, a developer co-headquartered in Phoenix, AZ and Kansas City, Missouri. During his tenure at RED Development he worked primarily in acquisitions and was part of Tesco's 'fresh & easy' preferred development team. In addition to the ASU Real Estate Club, Stephen is the Treasurer of Arizona State Cycling and Triathlon Club. Upon graduation he hopes to remain in an Acquisitions role or pursue a teaching position with Teach for America. Stephen is currently majoring in Finance and expects to graduate in May of 2011.

Justin Richardson

Justin currently serves as the Club's Graduate Representative and acts as a liason between undergrad and graduate students.  He is the President of the MBA Real Estate Association as well as holding executive positions on the Student Advisory Board, the Graduate and Professional Student Association, and the MBA Association.  He is currently working for Cole Real Estate Investments as a financial analyst on the underwriting team.  Upon graduation he plans on moving to Salt Lake City, UT to work in the Commercial Finance Department of Zions Bancorporation.  Justin will receive his MBA in May of 2011 with a dual specialization in Real Estate and Financial Management and Markets.

Carter serves as the Club's VP of Technology and oversees technology initiatives throughout the club. Carter currently works as a Client Services Coordinator for CB Richard Ellis. Carter works with Mark Bauer, a Senior Vice President and member of CB Richard Ellis' Technology Practice Group specializing in data centers and colocation for large firms across the country. Carter previously worked for an online streaming company called Stretch Internet as a broadcast analyst and client specialist where he was responsible for the operation and data management of live audio and video webcasts for college sports. Carter, a senior majoring in Finance, expects to graduate with honors in May of 2011.

Josh serves as the Club's VP of Business Development. He is a Junior Marketing major at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Currently, Josh serves as the Executive Director for the Executive Luncheon Series in conjunction with the Business School Council, Vice President of the W. P. Carey Business Ambassadors, Assistant to the Director of Corporate Relations for W. P. Carey (mainly focusing on the Dean's Council of 100), and a student ambassador chair for the 2010 Spirit of Enterprise awards. Over the last six months, Josh has been interning with Edward Jones Financial Investments in Scottsdale. After college, Josh would like to obtain my Master's in Real Estate and continue into the Commercial Real Estate Development field.
