Pre-vet Advisory Role: This position shall be given to former executive board members or non Pre-Vet Club members that are interested in helping the Pre-Vet Club. They shall be elected by a two-thirds vote in the executive board and their only authority is in an advisory position and; therefore, are not obligated to perform tasks on behalf of the Pre-Vet Club.

Public Relations:If position is filled, it shall be the duty of the Public Relations officer to handle club related papers, such as surveys; to write thank-you notes within one week, to write sponsorship papers (anything not sent via e-mail shall have the officers signatures on it), and obtaining desired paperwork from the office of student affairs, shall write all e-mails to the members (having “officer team” for closure), responsible for publishing and sending all dues-paying members a newsletter of current club events and a vet school profile after each meeting; and to maintain the club website.

Historian: If position is filled, it shall be the duty of the Historian to provide the end of the year slide show, update photo albums, and maintain the club display boards set up for updating information on meetings and such.

Representative(s): It shall be the duty of the Representative(s) to attend all Pre-Vet club meetings, represent and express the club’s interest, and report any pertinent information back to the members.
