Leadership
Our
sisters develop leadership skills through all of their experiences
in Omega Phi Alpha. Everyone is continually practicing the skills
needed to be an effective leader. Being a leader does not necessarily
mean a sister has an executive board position. Any sister who
wants to be involved can be a leader whether she is planning a
huge service project or a small sisterhood event.
