Please call 1-800-553-1826 for reservations in order to receive the special rate of $119.99 single/double occupancy. This rate cannot be obtained online. Make sure you identify your association with the "Southwest Graduate Symposium," in order to get the special rate. Also, please be sure to call in advance of the conference. The Holiday Inn cannot ensure this rate if the hotel becomes booked.
For your convenience, there is a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Simply call the above number (after you have retrieved your luggage) and request a pick-up.
The shuttle will also be available as transport to the symposium site. The drop off point at University Ave. and College St. will be closest to the building which will house the symposium (the Langauge and Literature building). The hotel recommends making an appointment for shuttle service to the symposium.
