2007-2008 Calendar of Events
FALL 2007 MEETING SCHEDULE
11/7 (Wednesday) We will be playing outdoor games from
elementary school on Hayden Lawn from 5:30-7:30pm.
This event counts as a MEETING POINT.
11/8 (Thursday) We will be meeting in a room at the
Honors College to write letters to the soldiers
serving overseas from 8:30-10:30. You are also
encouraged to bring items the soldiers need that will
be put into care packages. If you bring 10 items you
will get an extra half-hour of community service. A
list of what they need can be found at

This event counts as a MEETING POINT and COMMUNITY
SERVICE.
11/11 (Sunday) We will be posting fliers to encourage
people to join Gamma Beta Phi. Meet at the fountain by
Einsteins at the Memorial Union at 5:00pm to hang up
the fliers. If you are unable to attend but are still
interested in participating email Nora at
nora.dillon@asu.edu. This event counts as EITHER a
MEETING POINT or COMMUNITY SERVICE.
11/18 (Sunday) This event was scheduled to be bowling
at Sparky's Den in the Memorial Union, but because of
the fire we are coming up with a new plan. However,
there will be an event on this day although the event
has yet to be announced. This event will count as a
MEETING POINT.
