Lauren Kennedy, VP of Career Communications
Lauren Kennedy is a senior at ASU, and eagerly finishing up her last semester. She is a Business Management major, and has been a member of the American Marketing Association since last semester. She is currently interning with ITEM magazine, a one-year-new fashion and entertainment magazine in the valley. She is planning to pursue a career in journalism/writing. As the VP of Communications, Lauren is responsible for creating the weekly newsletters, speaking with and confirming the guest speakers for each week, as well as introducing/thanking the speakers at each meeting. She also sends out the weekly e-mails, and keeps AMA members up-to-date with any other necessary information. When she has free time Lauren enjoys reading, writing, camping/backpacking, traveling, watching independent films, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
