This was ABLA sixth meeting of the Spring 2008 Semester. On this day, ABLA held its Election for the Academic Year 2008/2009. Approximately 40 ABLA members (officially registered and non-registered) attended the election.
The Election Day also marked the longest ABLA meeting of this year at it officially ran from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM.
The voting committee, compromised of two ABLA officers and one ABLA member volunteer, worked right after the Election and came up with the official result of the Election as the following:

  1. President: Ziyu Wang
  2. Vice President: Naomi Lim
  3. Director of Public Relation: Star Yuan
  4. Event Coordinator: Aiwei Deng
  5. Secretary: David Quigley
  6. Director of Design: Matt Meng
  7. Treasurer: Rishi Mohnot
  8.  Webmaster: N/A

The new Executive Board will be understudying the current Executive Board from now until the end of the Spring semester to finish the transition process.
