Panel of new and seasoned graduate students will talk about how they successfully applied to and developed into successful graduate students.

Panel B: Professor Jenny Trinitapoli - retrospective view of graduate school from someone who recently completed graduate school and is now a faculty member

Round Robin Breakout Sessions
Meet in small groups to meet different faculty and hear about different areas and topics of cutting edge research in family/child sciences. Each 30 minute period will be in a different topic area:

  • Infant/Child/Adolescent Development (Professors Ladd, Simpkins, Eisenberg)
  • Families, Marriage, and Parenting (Professors Hayford, Dumka, Christopher)
  • Social Dynamics and Networks (Professors Hanish, Schaefer, Shapiro)
  • Population and Health Studies (Professors Agadjanian, Glick, Trinitapoli)
  • Race, Ethnicity, and Culture (Professors Roosa, Umaña-Taylor, Menjivar)
