My interests include demography, immigration, and health related topics. My current research investigates the influences of education and employment on the rate of first birth of young adults in the United States by different race/ethnicity. Educational attainment and working experiences have different implications for young adults of different race/ethnicity and influence their fertility rates and later-on life course opportunities differently. Also, I am still exploring more topics during the course of studying and working here.
