I am a 5-th year Ph.D. student of Public Administration at the School of Public Affairs. My research focuses on state and local financial management and welfare program evaluation. Specifically, I study municipal debt issuance, local fiscal sustainability and local taxation policy outcomes for ethnically diverse populations. Through the research assistanship with CePoD, I am also participating in a project on international labor migration to Russia. I see networking and collaboration with other CePoD affiliates as an opportunity to integrate the sociological, economic, and public policy perspectives in my academic practice.
