• Cajita format/shape: Cajitas can take any shape or size, as long as they can be easily closed, transported and reopened. Possibilities include tryptichs, suitcases, matchboxes.
• Materials: Innovative use of materials is encouraged.
COMMUNITY/STUDENT COLLABORATIONS: The Museum will provide a pre-built cajita box for you to use.
ARTISTS: to provide their own materials.
• Dimensions: The size can range anywhere from 1 inch square to 10 feet by 6 feet. If your piece will be large (over 3 feet square), please let us know in advance so that we allocate enough gallery space.
