Rabinnic Judaism, Ethics and Religion, Collective Memory, Religion and Emotions. Bioethics, Feminist Studies.
Biography
(Ph.D., Brown) is associate professor of Judaism with special interests in Rabbinic Judaism and religion and ethics. He has also taught at York University and the University of California at San Diego. He is quite active in the Jewish community and also as an medical advisor on Bioethics. He is currently Chair of the Department of Religious Studies and Interim Director of Graduate Studies.
