Refund Policy

GENERAL CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY
Deadline to submit a written request for a full refund of general conference registration (not including Small Group Instruction) is January 13, 2009. A $100 handling fee will apply. No refunds after January 13, 2009.

SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTION REFUND POLICY
Deadline to submit a written request for a partial refund of the Small Group Instruction fee is November 28, 2008. No refunds of Small Group Instruction after November 28, 2008, unless classes are cancelled.

All requests for refunds received prior to the deadline may take up to 30 days to process.
