Refund Policy: Deadline to submit a written request for a full refund of conference tuition, minus $50 handling fee: January 15, 2008. No refunds of conference tuition after January 15, 2008. No refunds of Small Group Instruction at any time, unless classes are full at time of registration. All requests for refunds received prior to the deadline may take up to thirty days to process.
