We will study deductive and inductive arguments

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

Exams: Four midterms and one final

Papers: Three short (3-5 pages) papers

Grading system:

92-100 = A
90-91 = A-
88-89 = B+
80-87 = B
78-79 = C+
70-77 = C
60-69 = D
0-59 = E

Required books:

A course packet will be used in lieu of a textbook.
