Travel & Study Missions

The Jewish Studies Program offers various public educational opportunities each year. Among them, are annual Travel & Study Missions, during which Friends of Jewish Studies journey with ASU Faculty to learn more about aspects of Jewish life in foreign countries. Participants are given pertinent reading materials and meet with the Faculty prior to the trip for introductory "briefings." While traveling, the group has opportunities to meet members of the Jewish Community, local scholars and community leaders, and to learn from experts in the field.
