If you use the Internet and have an e-mail account, you will get unwanted e-mail Outlook can search for commonly used phrases in such messages and automatically move them from your Inbox to a junk e-mail folder, your Deleted Items folder, or any other folder you specify. The list of terms that Outlook uses to filter suspected junk/adult content e-mail messages can be found in a file called Filters.txt.

From your Inbox, click on the Organize button in the tool bar.

Then click on Junk E-Mail.

From here you can choose to have Outlook either color suspected junk mail/adult content or move it to a different folder (such as "junkmail" or straight to your "deleted items" folder). If you want to just have Outlook color suspected junk/adult content mail just click "turn on" and you're done.

If you would like to move suspected e-mail to a folder, change "color" to "move".

This gives you the option to select the folder that Outlook will move suspected e-mail You may select your "deleted items" folder, but be aware that Outlook filters by the existence of keywords and some legitimate e-mail could be accidentally deleted if it contains these keywords.

Then just click "Turn on" and you're done.

If you would like to add a sender to your junk/adult content list, simply right-click on the message and select "Junk E-mail" and then the appropriate category.
