I hail originally from Detroit, Michigan but have lived in many cities around the nation. I am Ph.D (ABD) in American Studies) but have taught both English Composition and History courses. I have been at ASU for 3 years, first as a Faculty Associate and now as an Instructor. Generally, I teach Eng 101-102 and Eng 107-108. When not working I like to read, write, and play with my feline princess, "Lovely." I am working on a collection of short stories and have already written (with co-authors) a book of short prose pieces called Tight Spaces.
