The Bedford Bibliography of Basic Writing
entry database
All,
here are some brief instructional comments. You can connect
to the essays or books we'd like annotations by clicking on essays
or books
Please e-mail Greg Glau with questions,
etc.
Note to potential annotators:
-
Please select only essays to which you have access -- we can't provide
essays or books for reviewers
-
Please choose no more than one book, or two articles (we want to make sure
there are enough to go around, but we may increase this limit later)
-
Annotations will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis; if someone
is already annotating something you've selected we'll let you know and
ask you to choose something else
-
Once we know what you'll be annotating, we'll send a permission form for
each entry, for you to sign and return to us by mail
-
Most annotations should be between 100-200 words (essays) or 500-750 words
(books); please use your own best judgement--and please note that Linda
and Greg reserve the right to edit as we see fit; also they cannot promise
to use all entries
Please note: Once you've been assigned a book or essay(s),
we will need your annotations in three weeks (we'll give you a specific
"date" as a deadline, when we send along the permission form).
You can fill-in and copy this form, and then paste it into an e-mail:
