AZLA is the not-for-profit professional association for language teachers in Arizona, dedicated to promoting the effective teaching of all languages. AZLA is the Arizona affiliate of ACTFL (the American Council of Teachers of Foreign Languages) and SWCOLT (the Southwest Conference on Language Teaching).

    STAGE DE CULTURE ET CIVILISATION FRANÇAISE AVEC  INTERNET À ASU

    Just preceding French Week, on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 14 and 15, le Bureau de Coopération Linguistique et Educative pour l'Ouest des Etats-Unis, Consulat Général de France, at San Francisco, and the French Section of Arizona State University will present a two-day pedagogical workshop on "Culture et Civilisation Française avec Internet." BCLE  has provided the following description: The Language Computing Center of  the Dept. of Languages & Literatures at ASU-Main can accommodate 40 to 50 participants (high school, college and university teachers) for two days.  There might be the possibility of university credit.  Registration Costs, $50,  include lunches and snacks.
