General information: Conference registrations include attendance to all events. The preferred payment method is on-line credit card payment – ASU has invested a considerable amount of effort and money into making our server secure; furthermore, our credit card processing company is a leading and reliable merchant.

After October 1st, there will be a $25 late fee added to each registration.
Refund policy: There is a $35 service charge for processing refunds. A letter or email requesting the refund should state the pre-registrant's name and to whom the refund should be issued to.
