The conference takes place Arizona State University, hosted by the Center for Social Dynamics and Complexity. The meeting rooms and welcome desk will be located at ISTB-1 (see ASU campus for maps, directions, and other useful campus information).

The Center for Social Dynamics and Complexity was opened in the spring of 2006 with a mission to leverage the emerging field of complex systems to foster interdisciplinary research on fundamental questions of social life. The Center brings together scientists from such diverse fields as anthropology, biology, mathematics, philosophy, physics, psychology, and sociology to collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams.

The CSDC is located on the 4th floor of the Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building (ISTB-1) in the heart of the Arizona State University main campus. ISTB-1 is a secured facility that provides flexible laboratories with adjoining workspace for bioengineering, neural engineering, and molecular, tissue and cell engineering research to develop artificial organs, biomaterials, and diagnostic and therapeutic devices. On-site 24-7 security and maintenance staff ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors. Visitors to the CSDC are invited to utilize a variety of meeting rooms, office carrels, as well as our library and public spaces.
